Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these TOU, and other notices posted on this website. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access or use our secure practitioner and customer features.

SignTalk reserves the right to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these TOU without notice. Any changes to these TOU shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes on this website unless otherwise indicated.

This website is solely for the purpose of gathering and distributing information pursuant to interpreting assignments to and from users in good faith. Unauthorized copying or paraphrasing of any portion of the promotional, instructional, functional, and personnel processed information constitutes a copyright infringement. Falsifying information in order to gain unauthorized access to secure areas and/or the use of any data from secure areas for purposes other than legitimate ordering of interpreting services or legitimate acceptance of interpreting assignments constitutes proprietary theft.

This service is provided via the Internet. In consideration of this, you (the User) agree to provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about User, and maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete, and accurate. User is solely responsible for the contents of material transmitted via User shall not falsify registration information in order to gain unauthorized access or plagiarize, reveal, sell, redistribute, or discuss with unauthorized users any data, text, or documents found in secure areas.

User agrees:
1 - All material, information and other types of data submitted will be, to the best of the User’s knowledge, true and complete.
2 - To supply document(s) and other materials in the manner specified on relevant pages;
3 - That SignTalk is authorized to release any information provided by the User including name and other details.
4 - That SignTalk makes no warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of services.
5 - That SignTalk may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate services should User’s conduct fail to conform with these TOU.

User agrees to treat all information learned through association with SignTalk, including the names of SignTalk’s clients, potential clients and all information contained in the documents disclosed by SignTalk or by SignTalk’s clients, whether for interpretation or any other reason, as strictly confidential. User shall not use or disclose to others, directly or indirectly, individually or in combination with others, the names or identities of SignTalk’s clients or potential clients, the documents disclosed to the user by SignTalk or the interpretation thereof or any information contained therein or any data derived there from, or any other information derived from SignTalk or SignTalk’s clients without prior written consent of SignTalk and, if applicable, SignTalk’s clients.

User understands that by breaching the provisions of this TOU, damage may be caused to SignTalk that be irreparable and difficult to estimate. It is understood that SignTalk is entitled to sue for damages resulting from such breach, or seek other legal remedies, including, but not limited to, injunctive or equitable relief. Users found in violation of the TOU and deemed legally liable will be responsible for any damages and legal fees incurred by SignTalk while pursuing its legal remedies. Among other breaches, if any information provided by the User is inaccurate, SignTalk reserves the right to terminate User’s rights and to pursue legal remedy against users who violate these TOU.

It is SignTalk’s policy to respect the privacy of its Users. Therefore, SignTalk will not edit, or disclose the contents of a User’s private communications unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of law or comply with legal process served on SignTalk; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of SignTalk; or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its Users or the public. User acknowledges and agrees that SignTalk neither endorses the contents of any User communications, nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby.

SignTalk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use, or for cost of procurement of substitute services, or resulting from transactions entered, or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of User’s transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if SignTalk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
